AX: I have to agree with you...but I thought his knee to Nash in the groin in Game 3 was a bit dirty, atleast for my taste. Other than that, I have to go with what my Man Kobe said few months ago. He said Bowen is the best one on one defender hs has played against. Defensive players always get a rap if they play rather hard. Heck, NBA has made it tough to play defense these days anyways.....and they have very few who actually play Defense..a la Bowen, Ben Wallace etc, and Spurs as a team play great help defense, weak side help and stuff. Suns to me seems like bunch of prima donnas who think its dirty (defense) when they do not have a wide open 3-pointer, or a wide open lane to the basket....Bunch of whiners, and floppers....they have #1 and #2 floppers in the NBA..Bell, and Nash. I liked Suns until they started whinning more than playing the game...Having said that, NBA Refs should start being fair and making calls for what they are...instead of taking the word from the league office and let the game go out of hand. Like FoutainDew aptly titled this thread, a Crappiest league.....I agree....Never seen such horrible calls anywhere else....no wonder NBA can't measure upto NFL, MLB, College Football, or even College Basketball....If NHL hadn't had to lock out, I wonder if NHL would have went past NBA....
