I agree ... A DWI/DUI is a minor offense...in Jail for 4 days begs the question if he had something else in his car....say pot, or any other drugs, or if there were other stuff in his records that you/he was not aware of....Usually, DWI/DUI folks get out of the jail the next day with some bond...U might wanna get some attorney help in this case !
