Thanks everyone for suggestions. I have already send application to WES and till now my experience is not good with them. WES is asking me to send official transcript directly by TU. And I bet TU will ever post the document to USA. However, as suggested in this thread, I asked one of my friend to get certified copy of my transcript from TU. Lets see whether this will work or not. WES is very bad in correspondence as well. They never pick the phone or respond to email. I will post my further experience with WES. But I don't want to waste $175 that they already charged me.
