Hey NPL2US - Thanks for inflating my naak :P :D Thapap - I'd rater not discuss politics in NL, but let me say two quick sentences on the points you raised: (1) Royal was impressive in some ways, not so in others ways - same with Sarkosy - my only hope from him is he fixes at least some of what's wrong with the French economy. (2) Girija Koirala is no saint, although you could debate the extent of damage caused to RNAC and how much of that he was personally responsible for, but he has been given a second life, this time re-incarnated as a messiah by none other than His Most Exalted Majesty King Gyanedra. From an average-to-bad politician he has now become the patron saint of Nepali democracy largely because the King, as well intentioned as he may have been, miscalculated so badly that people were willing to give Girija and Makune and the likes a second chance. A person lesson I have learnt: leadership, in many ways, is about being able to step up to the moment. Anyone who does that is bound to get a following regardless of their personal caliber or their past. That's why I keep saying, and I am not sure if His Majesty realizes it, but I think many more Nepalese might be willing to give President Gyanendra a chance than they were willing to give king Gyanendra. Aight enough of this talk. We might get excommunicated from here for talking such things :) Perhaps we can continue this discussion elsewhere.
