Hey guys, I am stuck in a dillemma. My problem is that I had appled for H1B through a consulting company with my expected graduation date. They told me that my docs reached to USCIS at 30th of April, very last day of acceptance. I have not received any receipt yet. But at this point, i have changed my mind and do not want to join those guys. What I am thinking now is even if USCIS asks for my degree, I will not send to that so that there will be no chance of approval through their company. In this case, will there be any problem for applying H1B for next year? Thanks for your suggestions.
