R4RUPACE It's definitely hard to study in Canada as an international student. You are only allowed to work 20 hours per week as an International student; and nope don't even THINK about working more than those alloted 20 hours because the security is pretty bottled neck. There are tight regulations against going those 20 hours limit. As an international student you have to pay a lot more than the regulars so unless you can be financed by your folks doing undergrad in Canada is not the best option. On the other hand, if your parents have PR then it's much easier because you can get government loan. 416 from what I know masters is easier compared to undergrad because you might qualify for some grants, but other than that I don't see any differences.
