The Nepalese Government has recently stopped Inter-Country Adoption of the abandoned Nepali children who are now living in Orphanages--awaiting adoption by fostered parents. If adopted by US/UK/European citizens, these children will not need any Visa to study or work abroad. Why, then, the Govt has stopped their adoption?
