Hi Ratobhaley - LOL! Who knows -maybe he does!? :P ha ha ... True, I mean like it says in the article, a cut in actual consumption - versus just not refuelling - if anything , might have had a good chance at making miniscule dent. I mean the gas has already been purchased and they are not expecting to hold onto excess inventory in any way. But I guess it's almost summer time which mean high gas price time and creative dissent time (bless their souls even if this means nothing significant) :)
