PERM is satisfied by a series of process, starting with placing job offer and employment vcancies in newspapers, website and onsite by the meployer. the employer who wants to hire a person, will place the ads and wait for a month. During this month, any person qualified may apply for the position. It depends on the employer whom to choose! Generally lawyers play a vital role in the language of the ad. They emphaisze on the unique qualification of the desired employee, making it substantially unaccessable by other applicants based on the language of the ad. for example -NOT A REAL EXAMPLE. Software Engineer: Qualification: MSC/BSC/BE/BCS/BCA with XX years of work experience in xxxxxxxx with expertise in the areas of xxxxxxx. Job duites include xxxx(expertise of the person), will be dealing with specifically US, European and South Asian Clientele. Knowledge of at least 3 south languages is a must. US Bachelors Degree preffered. This allows the person desired to emerge above the other applicants. Once the person is selected, labor certification is applied with DOL, which in turn certifies the labor over the backlog period. Once certified, the employer can file premiumprocessing of I-140, enabling the employee to work as an immigrant as well as qualifying him to file his green card concurrently.
