Never hire Indians. Their resume is totally fraud. Not only in this background but in any profession, Indian's resume is totally fake and fraud. In my office one Indian guy was hired in higher position in software development. Later HR found that he had fraud listing of experiences. He was fired in two months. Every Indian's resume is fraud. Be careful.
