Is Minnesota best State for Studying ?

Although I'm not in MN ( I'm in the midwest though) I can tell that MN is the most ideal state for Nepalese students if not the best. The in-state tuition is the main reason why Minnesota is such a favorable place to be. On top of that, the high on campus jobs ( some make as high as 12/14 dollars/hr ) and loans provided by college ( St. Cloud does that I've heard ) help tremendously as well. Minnesota is also one of the most developed/richest states in the U.S. The only drawback.........snow.....it snows all the time...... ( except for the summer... or 4-5 months ) but who cares about snow as long as you can comfortably fund your college fees on your own and attain your goal of living a typical "american independent life." Also, I know that the U.S. being the largest economy of the world attracts a large number of Nepalese and hence the reasons of wanting to come here vary. Every individual is different and hence the economic conditions of an individual is totally different when compared to another individual. Therefore, to think that the students opting to go to Texas to earn money is nothing but sheer ignorance. Also, the Nepalese living there don't work/bust their arses to make a lot of money excepting some Nepalese who might have such intention. Texas is probably the top 3 well developed/richest state in the U.S. and living costs are massive and hence an ordinary Nepalese can't afford not to work a lot of hrs... I might be wrong..but that's my opinion.
