Bikash ji - if I may call you that :) - Well I don't necessary see groupism as a bad thing. Both group based and "mass"-based (for lack of a better word) threads have their role to play in forum like this. Sometimes you need group based threads to ensure sound content. I think a good forum should provide both types of discussions to its users. Somethings are better discussed in a small group and other things in a larger group. That's all. Just my thoughts.
