He stayed home and ate leftovers whenever the family left for a wedding reception, or for a ‘Saptaah ko pooja’. Her eating style highlighted a sample of a culture. it is lines like those and what they represent (read the depth of your observation of our 'faulted' world in general) and to sum that up in such terse, pithy (thats one GRE word) sentences is what sets u apart from the rest of the crowd. No big words, no loud slogans and still you get your point across. You make me deeply ashamed of being a part of and perpetuating the system. I love your social commentaries. Nobody writes them like you do. Nobody gets nepal like you do. But could you just give up your 'cynicism' (for lack of a better word) and write about love and charity and all the good things that the world (and Nepalese) have to offer. Surely life is not that bad. You are my favorite writer. You rock!
