well, if she told you guys about the extra credits --that it would be given to all regardless of the errors in grading-- prior to giving the exam, then i don't see you have strong enough point to claim those 4 points from the error she made while grading. if not, go ahead and make a louder claim! whatever it is, the idea sounds lame to me. how can she overlook the error she made while grading?
