Hello there, I don't see a problem at all. Why don;t you just take the job and go on a training. Training is learning and education and you don't need visa for it. As long as the company doesn't pay you for the week you are in training, I don't think you have a problem at all. Either you can have your company adjust the pay for the training week, when you get your OPT or just not worry about getting paid for the training week.
