Mohan Baidya 'Kiran', speaking at a programme in Sindhuli district, said that the Maoists will not return the seized properties despite pressure. Baidya reasoned that they cannot seize back the properties that they have already distributed to poor people. No wonder so many poor maoist victims are still agitating in front of singh durbar.
