this 31 year old genius, no doubt, has all the making of the great John Nash and beyond. people who've worked with him, his professors and peers claim that his sheer intelligence will lead him to stand in the podium of the greats with the likes of Sir Isaac Newton or Albert Einstein. on a personal note, what amazes me more than his ground breaking findings in a particular field, is his ability to do high class research and come up with equally high class findings in MANY areas of mathematcs, be it partial differential equations, harmonic analysis, representation theory analytic number theory and what not! no wonder, he is the most acclaimed scientist of this age. if you haven't heard of him yet, here's a short introduction to his caliber: at 10, he represented australia in the international mathematical olympiad. by 16 he had an honors degree in mathematics. did his doctorate at a very young age of 21. at 24, he was a professor at UCLA. Salem Prize in 2000, The Bôcher Prize in 2002 The Clay Research Award in 2003 The American Mathematical Society's Levi L. Conant Prize with Allen Knutson in 2005 SASTRA Ramanujan Prize in 2006. first australian ever to win the most prestigious FIELD"S MEDAL (equivalent to Nobel Prize. remember there ain't any nobel prize in mathematics!), he surely is a mind-blowing persona. A BEAUTIFUL MIND INDEED:
