That's a Fantabulous (Fantastic and fabulous) idea hi dai. i have heard he is working on to develop some pornographic virus, which can be very useful to use as biological weapons. we are not gonna use it here but we can certainly place it somewhere to keep bad crowd entering the NL. In this case i'd rather suggest defense plus Nautankiland Citizenship and Immigration (NLCIS).
