We are not saying Udit Narayan is a traitor and his effigees should be burnt. All we are saying is he is a great singer, but his loyalty towards Nepal is meaningless if he is ashamed to call himself a Nepali. Just saying India is great doesn't make you a non-Nepali. But if you do say I am an Indian, that voids your right to get any patriotic respect from fellow Nepalese. Now, just like the saying that songs have no boundaries, a singer should have no boundary. In that regard he will always remain a respectable singer.
