Its certainly ICC's fault. After the watch was shortened by two overs, for about 15 minutes, not even the captains and coach knew what their revised target was and Srilankans were just playing blindly, in case the rain stopped the match. Thats when they lost Jayawardane and lost the momentum. Else they would have gotten a little bit closer to the total. Australians were announced winneres even before the game was completed. The umpries had to called for the three overs again, after the celebrations. And the last 3 overs were played in complete dark. You cant simply do that in an official international match.
