it could very well be a mere rumor but i don't completely write off the possibility of it's happening in the future. however, at the moment or in it's near vicinity, it looks highly unlikely. 1) let this unpredictability in nepali politics go on for a year and half or so. 2) let it seem like the CA is never gonna take place. 3) let the maoists keep extorting, looting, kidnapping and all for more. 4) let girija die (god forbids) and SPA dwell more into their internal conflicts.
