nikus..just go to the police station and tell them u lost your passport they will give u the report number.after 3 days go and get the report and send it to the embassy..I had the same problem and got the new .u don't need to worry about cops..nepalese embassy might make u problem they might ask u some extra hundreds as u know all nepalese goverment worker are corrupt.....
