Seeking advice/suggestions from anyone with knowledge/experience with adoption to US from Nepal. Intended adoptee's one surviving parent wishes to have the child adopted. Nepali laws restrict adoption if adoptive parent(s) have children of same gender and/or if adoptee is older than the biological children.
