Spybot Search and Destroy is good spyware remover, but I would recommend PC Tool's Spyware Doctor: SpywareDoctor Be very careful with the settings, though! Another way to prevent yourself from the virus/spyware is not to surf the internet as administrator. Create another user with limited power on the computer, and surf the internet from that platform.
