Hello I am trying to persuade Softcorp (an IT-Training Comapny in Delhi) to open a Branch in KTM. Its course-fees for SAP is less than half of what others are charging. Is anyone of you aware of the detailed bureaucratic formalities involved in starting an Institute for professional courses in KTM?
