Hey, do you ppl know if there will be a H1 visa problem for people who will graduate in Spring(may). I am planning to graduate May 2008 and I have a job offer that I will accept after my graduation. They will also process my H1 visa. So i will start my OPT from May 2008 which will expire on May 2009. But my H1 visa will only come in october 2009. So what will happen in between May 2009 an october 2009. Can I work? Or do I have to join the university? As I will not have my visa,OPT or I20. Anyone faced this problem and What was/is the solution to this.
