Major problem of Nepal are deep rooted racial discrimination and No equality: It is sad to tell ... but it is reality and truth. Bahuns and Chettris are the root cause that Nepali Democracy failed in 4 times in Nepal. Majority more than 95% Bahuns and Chettris work in Leadership position, Law and constitution makers, and Nepali government high officials. Obviously, it shows and proved that there is high deep rooted discriminate in Nepali government. In fact, Nepali government means that solely (discriminately) ruled by Bahuns and Chettris. This is one of the major causes heavy national crimes and corruptions encourage, and never punish national criminals. Other hand, it is the root major key problem which forced to Nepali democracy failed again and again. There is NO EQUALITY and SHARE RESPONSIBILITY, PARTICIPATION AND POWER to other Nepali races. They discriminate and suppress all other Nepali races and native people of Nepal in Education, Government employment, Social and Political participation. You do not have to dig Nepal problem, it is just infornt of your eyes and nose.
