I am on F-1 Visa . I am planning to go back home in 10 days for two weeks. I will be a full time registered student at least for the next two months and ofcourse at the time of re-entry to the US. I am planning to apply for OPT and EAD before I leave. If I apply now, then at the time of re-entry, I will be a full time student applying for OPT. One of my international advisors thinks there should not be any problem if I am a full time regisetered student at the time of re-entry while the other advisors suggested me against applying for OPT before I leave. Please share your experience to , if you have gone through this process . Thanks in Advance
