just you need notorized letter that you( both parents) are giving permission to take care of your children by his grandparents in nepal. There shouldn't be any immigration problem during travel. You can get Nepali Visa from here or also can get in TIA and visa is free. Make sure his vacination record is up to date and send all his medical record with him. Good luck.
