hey people, u cannot only blame the embassy for not giving the VISA. DV Lottery, is just the first step, and its hard for the people to understand, especially for the people living in the remote areas of nepal. they do not have much of a information on dv. they think that dv lottery is the 100% for america. But NO, its not. they can definiteky get the visa if all the criteria is met,like aponsorship, property evaluation etc etc.. but they r not aware these things.I am not sating they r stupid, but it is just lack of information. they cannot just go aroung and blame the embassy, embassy did not tell them to spend the money even before getting visa,,,, just sit back and think who is to be blamed for!!!!!
