Taat - Very interesting comments there. Just curious as the what the source of your information is. It is an empirical analysis. Maybe you are right and maybe you are not. I think the argument would be much more effective if presented with numbers, facts and their sources. My 2 cents. That said, down with corruption - who ever the perpetrators may be.
