Guys, This is what my lawyer says: Attendees of an AILA conference in Las Vegas were given an H-1B update from the USCIS Associate Director for Domestic Operations, Michael Aytes. The H-1B random number generator is being run today, April 12, 2007 for non-U.S. Master's degree cap subject H-1B petitions. Adjudication of chosen petitions will begin tomorrow, April 13, 2007.
