Among the ones I've used: - Too cheap cards are usually of very low quality. - Jahjah is pretty decent and costs $0.24/min - T-mobile is great but is $1.09/min What other cards or sites do you know that offers the best combination between cost and functionality? I'v heard of pingo.com but never really used it!
