number ,you are right.Since,Number of Student from Europe and other continent coming to USA got reduced significantly,Nepalese students are getting VISA,I guess.By granting student a VISA,they will generate revenew.If you closely analyze,Students are getting VISAS not for City area,they are giving VISA to those area which are in fact village or Sub urban area. I am not happy to hear that Bishnu did not get VISA.I am just trying to say,there is no point solely to blame US consular. It hurts man as a Nepali.
