KATHMANDU, April 9 - Expressing their commitments not to collect private property, the Maoist ministers in the interim government on Monday unveiled their code of conduct. The Maoist ministers at their party secretariat in the capital also today promised to make public their property details while remaining in the government and after leaving their jobs.
