I guess you applied couple of years ago.I guess that was first year for advance degree exemption and lasted until january 17th I guess. And I am also positive about Master Quota this year coz last year Spring graduate got an opportunity to apply in last year quota,so there is very less accumulation from last spring and I do not think the cap reaches until new gradaute from this Spring starts applying.
