Of course, she has to pass the Bar exam and has to meet yada, yada yada requirements. Is it hard to be a lawyer? Hell yeah! but it's going to be a common occurance in the years to come. It will be pretty out of the ordinary if a nepali makes it to NASA space mission, Apprentice (w/ Trump), Hollywood starship, Nobel prize nomination (except for Peace, as this category is so rampant too) etc. A person like Kiran Chetry successfully anchoring a premier news channel is something of a Wow! and (personally I see as ) a pride to Nepalis though she is a Neprican (Nepali+American) with attractive features. That Gurung dude, yeah! Prabal working with designer Mark Jacobs is pretty uncommon considering that most Nepalese come to USA get a degree in Computer related major, get H1, drive a japanese car, wear a leather jacket, shave the head etc. Nepalese are doing great here for the most part but we could explore more frontiers when it comes to career choices.
