There are a lot of different departments in Psychology that you could do your PhD in. Which department are you looking forward to? There are different policies for different departments. I know for a fact tht a clinical Psych. doesnt even look at your masters. An undergrad is required. I think that most programs will let you enroll. the only question is will you be able to get in? Clinical Psychology is one of the hardest department to get into. The acceptance rate is 6% per year. There are various books that will give you info. on all this.
