chemicalx ji The best time to be there is just before the onset of Winter. Dashain tihar ko time. But even during this time you won't be dumbed. These hilly areas are nice to visit any time of year (except rainy season, chiplo and juka). Suru ma hidne bela ma aftero lagchha garmi le garda but there is always cool breeze at that part of the country. I would have loved to be there during this Laligurans season. You can certainly enjoy and don't forget to put on ur windsheeter anyway, no ,matter how hot it feel at the start. Moj gariyos :)
