Why don't you contact the Graduate college directly?? Open any of the University homepage and enter as a prospective student and put your questions. For masters they require 16 yrs of education. And masters is at least 30 credits with at least 24 crdit of course work. I have seen many people with 3 yrs bachelor and two years master continuing on masters here first before joining the PhD. But if the department is flexible it can take you directly on PhD and let you have some pre-requisite courses. Good Luck.
