This I believe (in the tradition of NPR): I believe in the power of fiction; in my ability to invent, erect, destruct, destroy, lubricate, luxuriate and fabricate scenes, events, emotions, illnesses, retardations, neurosis, psychosis, to obssess, to commit adultry, murder, according to my whims and fancies, at the time I sit down to punch keys and put pen to paper! I believe in the power of fiction to narrate to, fixate on, seduce others with my words, stories, anecdotes and whimsies! With that notion, I believe in creating characters, tweaking events and inflating effects with the sole intension of literary art. I believe in the craft of writing as art for art-sake! I believe in giving you, the freedom to interpret my characters as you wish and desire-- to your satisfaction or dissatisfaction, to titilate your senses and your non-senses.
