I really dont understand why someone would like to file multiple H1Bs. If you get approved for one company, you are exempted from the quota and later transfer your H1B to other companies even if you dont like the company who gets you H1B. If you have multiple job offers, choose the best one and apply H1B with that company. if you can not decide now, just file for one and later transfer to other company. why you want all the companies to spend money on your H1B which leaves bad impact on employer to later hire foreign national. They will have to spend about 4 grand for nothing if you jsut make them to apply H1B and your intention is not to join the company. And to answer your queston, i think it is possible to file multiple H1Bs, but your first case will be approved and other petitions, i am not sure, provided you have all supporting documents.
