How important are address change and previous rax refund documents while filing for Green card under employment ? I have discovered that you are supposed to change your address within 10 days when you move from one place to another while you are on any type of non-immigrant visa. Also, I heard that you need to present tax refund documents of previous 3 years while you are filing you GC under EB categories. How true are these information ?
