Now u know that is very foolish to ask a question like that. Why would all the university and colleges have same criteria? I mean some will admit you, others will not. If you are talking about colleges within same university, in most case they will admit you; specially community college will accept any transfer students from a 4 year college; that doesn't always happen but it happens in most case.
