Daraunu pardaina saathi ho, Ukalo sanga. Just make sure to have a map with you and make sure where to stay. If you get to any point with good lodge around 4 then stop your day there as there may not be anything on the way for 2 or 4 hours. Take some Bhuteko Makai (pop corn) and poleko Aduwa and Lasun it will lessen your risk of altitude sickness. Yo route ma garmi lagchha hidirada but when you stay for a while you can feel the chill of the mountain breeze. So put on wind sheeter for the trek and a big jacket for the rest. have a great trip. Nigar and local, marpha wine, syau ko sukuti, don,t miss any of them. Enjoyyyyyyyy.
