forget all those sati sabitri stories, women in south east asia are moving, we are not anymore in the 5th century B.C. those leaving a nasty comment behind are when its convinient to them defenders of the twenty first century ideals of democracy and equal rights but when it concerns women , you want them to remain in the historical sati role. what do you expect ??? that a twenty first century woman will live forever with a veil of tragedy like in the ramayan epic and weep all her life so that we all gloat on her unhappiness ?? way to go devyani , go girl !! you have shown the world that life continues !! and kudos to ashwarya for marrying her for the person she is !! Its a pity that a Nepali man would certainly not have the courage to do such a thing and this is the reason as to why in a decade or two india would be in the top rank of world superpowers and we nepalese will still go around the world with our begging bowls unless women like devyani here will prompt nepali women to move on !!
