Gerrard, in my mind, is the best player England has in its roster right now. He is a terrific playmaker and has scored some stunning goals. Lampard, on the other hand like Rooney, has been inconsistent in his International duties. I think that the biggest problem England has right now is a lack of quality goal-scorers.
