yah i am happy to know at least somebody thought about this.ktm is not only overcrowded and no place to extend anywhere but also critical in the sense that if only one highway is blocked by landslide or bloody strike, it will go on scramble.so time to think seriously to shift but need a place that should have a place for large international airport, huge place to extend in all corner even after 1000 years can breath easily,must be secure from international border from all four directions... so in my mind around chitwan area seem to be good! and most importantly if u blocked east, we can bring essential things from west or south keep on moving the thread.....
