Hello frens, I am in U.S right now.My problem is i filed for an extension for B1 which got approved last week but due to my address change the USCIS told me that it might take a month for my I 94 to come.But my problem is I have to go back to Nepal by April Ist week.Now I am changing into an H1 .So if I go without an I94,will I have problems for getting H1?The USCIS told me I can go back just showing their email of approval of my extension but will it look like I overstayed since my original I94 expied on Jan 27th 07 and I dont have the CUrrent extended I94.
