hi i am nepali and i am basically from Janakpur. Right now i am in Kathmandu. I have elder sister whose son has downs syndrom. We all know that it is noncurable because it is not a disease but a condition. He is right now 8 years old. Doctors are telling that it would be better if they can get go to abroad. But the main problem is how as they are not financially strong. And i just heared about this site. i dont know how to process. As they can provide authentic proof from the baby's doctor. If any one can help him then please let me know how to process the procedure
